The Company will give employees the opportunity to enhance skills and capacity and provide training to help ensure future employment and advancement, rewarding them fairly for their work. We will value cultural differences and provide a safe, healthy and respectful workplace free from any discrimination built upon mutual trust and respect. Our distributors affect our reputation.

The Company's distributors will be expected to bring "added value" to our customers by offering responsibility and accountability by their ability to be proactive to provide solutions to problems. We shall treat them as we would expect to be treated and incorporate them as full partners, and in turn require them to adhere to our values and policies. We will give our distributors training and support to help implement projects efficiently and to mirror the Company's world-class service.

We expect the Company suppliers to incorporate international standards and local legislation in respect of health and safety, working conditions, environmental protection and ethical behaviour. The Company will seek to assist suppliers to operate in a safe and socially responsible manner. We aim to participate in the expansion of the supply chain in developing countries where social and economic conditions are not yet advanced. The Company will act fairly in all dealings with suppliers and potential suppliers. Natural resources are to be used responsibly in order to minimise environmental impacts of the manufacturing process.

The Company will maintain the highest standards of service responding promptly to all enquiries. Our aim will be to inform our customers fully about the products, about their proper use and the environmental impacts. We will where appropriate guarantee energy efficiency and lowering of costs.

The Company will strive to improve its business performance and financial returns. The Company is committed to sustainable expansion of the business for the benefit of all our Shareholders. We will keep shareholders informed of appropriate developments and forecasts in a transparent manner.

The Company will work and support the community in which we operate responding promptly to any issues raised and being transparent at all times.

The Company will comply with all laws and regulations in the countries and regions in which we operate. All confidential and personal information will be appropriately managed and secured.

The Company will comply with governmental and regulatory environmental policies ensuring, amongst others: efficient use of energy and water together with best practices in waste management. We will communicate effectively with stakeholders on environmental matters as well as promoting staff awareness of environmental issues. We will seek to become carbon neutral in our business and promote wider environmental awareness among the stakeholders and communities in which we operate.

The Company will uphold human rights within the company and in areas directly influenced or controlled by the company. We aim to respect local cultural differences and economic situations.

The Company believe that it is the right for any employee or associate of the company to report any misconduct without repercussions and has a policy in place to enforce this. The Company will comply with all statutory requirements, standards and guidelines.

We will consult proactively with the stakeholders to improve decision-making on safety and environmental matters. A policy is in place.

This policy is a living and evolving document – the Company shall consult with all stakeholders on a regular basis and seek their feedback on the development and implementation of this policy.
